I bought these way over priced cookie sheets based on the wonderful reviews. I wanted a big cookie sheet and that is the only thing I like about these pans. My cookies stick to them, my croissants stick to them (and you can't have more butter than that), and they have no "lip" to catch any liquid that might run off. When I tried to gently scrub off the stuck on mess they appeared to scratch as well. I can't let them soak as they don't fit in my sink. I now use cooking spray with everything even when it says do not grease and I am glad I did not discard my old, seasoned, real non stick pans. I will have to keep looking for a good non stick cookie sheet that is of the same dimensions.
