The product itself is as advertised. I ordered this as a 4 set package, but only received 1 set. I received the original set prior to ever receiving my shipment notification. I sent an email to the supplier and, within one day, I heard back from them with an apology and a statement that the remaining 3 sets would be shipped. Within an hour of receiving that email, I received another email with the shipping information. Not only excellent customer service, but the the correspondence was apologetic and polite. I would definitely use this supplier again.
