Customer Review: Just right.
Summary: 5 Stars
Just the right size for eggs, veggies, mushrooms, most of what I cook. Great for cookies. A little small for some sandwiches, but that will depend on your choice of bread. I have bigger spatulas and I seldom use them. Plastic handles can easily melt if they touch the edge of a hot frying pan even briefly; wood does not suffer from this flaw. The drawback is that if you dishwasher-wash it, the handle's oiled finish will fade quickly.
