I wish I had purchased this cookbook at the same time I bought the oven. It is full of a wonderful variety of meals. This little convection oven is an amazing addition to my kitchen. It sits on the countertop, cooks foods in half the time and is simple to clean. It is large enough for a 9lb.turkey. The foods are more moist and tasty and you can cook full meals. This is great for space challenged living environments, special diets, and quick meal prep after work. It gives you just enough time for a glass of wine. It will bake, broil, and steam. I suggest you store it where you can reach it easily. You will use it all the time. And think about the energy saved.Customer Review: Easy and Fast Cooking

I purchased the Deni convection cooker about 12 years ago, used it once and put it aside. 12 years later, single, living alone I kept hearing a rival brand was used by several friends, so I got my old--good as new--Deni out of storage and gave it a second chance. I am thrilled that I did. I cooked a 3 lb. turkey breast and a rather large sweet potato at the same time and it only took 45 minutes. Both were done to perfection and the turkey was moist and delicious. Yes, the glass bowl is a little heavy but manageable. IT IS VERY NICE, AND GREAT COOKER. ONLY PROBLEM IS I HAVE ARTHRITIS AND IT A LITTLE HEAVY FOR ME TO CLEAN. ALSO MY SINK IS SMALL SO IT IS A LITTLE TOUGH GETTING IT REAL CLEAN. IT IS EASY CLEAN UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS.

This cookbook was very small and way overpriced. I expected a much larger book with a lot more recipes. Very dissapointed.
