I got this book when I got my Deni oven. I rated the oven a 5 star elsewhere. But, the book is not worth the cost. If you can cook at all, you don't need it. The Deni oven is great and easy to use. But rather than buying this book, save some money for chicken wings or sweet potatoes that you are going to put in your new oven. You just don't need this book. Nothing new, nothing special. It will not tell you anything unique about the Deni oven or cooking in it. Just use your recipes and enjoy the oven.
The book is a little 'booklet' that should have come with your Deni for free. Don't get it.
How simple is the Deni? Well, cut up some sweet potatoes, put some brown sugar on them and go! You know how to cook a chicken? Well then just do it. The Deni is quiet and cool in the kitchen. Want to do some chicken wings? Just look on the net for a recipe if you do not already have one. I do mine like 'shake and bake', but I've found a breading I like better than the 'brand name'. Just do it, they will come out great!
