The demand and conditions of the return is unreasonable and unsatisfactory 40 precent re-stocking fee, plus return shipping. If these conditions were posted on your advertisement I would not have purchased any item from Eguys and will not be in the future. This item is completely unsatisfactory and useless. The box was not sealed; the small knife under the unit was missing as if it had been used. If I knew you did not to adhere to the Amazon return policy you would not have got my business.

Bought the electric model but don't doubt the manual one would do fine. It peels, apples, potatoes, oranges, even tomatoes, and thin skinned veggies with soft centers. Only thing it doesn't cut deep enough to remove most of the white inner peel on an orange and you can't adjust the cutting depth. Other than that does a good job on other fruits and veggies but does leave the ends unpeeled. Runs on batteries or dc converter plugged in. Don't know how well it is going to last but it is fun now.Customer Review: apple peeler almost worthless

We found using this automatic peeler almost worthless. It worked great on about four apples but soon got clogged almost immediately. We spent more time removing peels from the blade than actually peeling the product. I think it might work better on a harder item such as potatoes as our apples were pretty ripe. We have not found a need to peel potatoes so this is just an inkling. We ended up peeling the apples by hand as it was faster.Customer Review: Rotato works great!

I bought this appliance and it is simple and it works. Put the potato on, and crank it and it's done in a minute. Just one big long peel is left. I was very impressed and it worked immediately for me. Even removing most eyes. I used a couple varieties of potatoes and they work, but the best is an even shaped, rounded Idaho potato. No gaps or glitches. I did 6 potatoes 5 minutes. Much faster than I could hand peel them.Customer Review: Disappointed

I had this product before and I love it but this one lasted only a couple of hours before the motor quit. I was very disappointed as I had many more appples to peel. The one I had years before that one lasted alot longer. I wish people would take the time to check out the parts more thoroughly for defects. I guess I will have to go back to peeling my apples with just my hand as can't depend on any product to help you.
