My son bought this for me last Christmas. I absolutely love it!!!!! I can peel 10 lbs. of potatoes in no time!!!! Peeling potatoes used to be a chore that I would have my husband do while I did other things!! NOT ANYMORE!!! I can get them done in minutes!! Such a timesaver!! And there's no waste!! When I peeled them manually I would waste a lot of potato with the skin. I have bought this peeler for others and they love it also. Spread the good news!!!!! Working with the As Seen On TV sellers has been wonderful also. I mistakenly sent the order in without stipulating that I needed it in 3 days. I e-mailed them and they got it to me in 2 days!!!! I had an electric potato peeler( it no longer is being produced) for many years and when it finally stopped working I found this one on Amazon and decided to try it. When it came, I was surprised at the inferior quality of the peeler. It is made of cheap plastic. The first time I attempted to use it, the arm kept flying off and the blade also popped off whenever I placed a potato onto the machine. I had to put this peeler back together every ten seconds, chasing the arm and spring across the room and I finally gave up and peeled the potatoes by hand...This awful peeler is going right into the garbage...What a waste of money...Probably the very worst thing I ever purchased!!

I own a grocery store that has an expanding deli. I looked at one of these peelers but they had so many bad reviews. I hate wasting time and wasting potatoes peeling them. I bought this little thing and wow! It really works. Plus all the peeling go straight in the trash. My clean up is nothing. I should have bought this a long time ago. I have peeled about 100 lbs of potatoes with the same blade. So definitely the best bang for your buck. I also use it for making apple pies. I peeled about 30lbs of potatoes a week this is great for the money and electricity cost. So much faster ,so much easier, and doesn't waste potatoes. This product is a plastic piece of JUNK! I will never buy anything from the "As Seen on TV Guys" again! It would not peel anything and the blade kept jamming up with peels and the vegetable or fruit kept falling off the holder. I could have peeled anything faster than the time I wasted trying to get it to work! When I received the product, it was delivered in a skimpy plastic envelope w/no receipt or packaging information inside! Worst yet, EGuys charged me a restocking fee of 30% to return the product AND I had to pay the return postage on top of that! Don't waste your time and money!Customer Review: This Product is JUNK!

I have been using this type of peeler the past 25 years and after 5 years or so the motors would stop working, so I'd buy another. I have cerebral palsy and this has been the answer for peeling potatoes. This was the 1st time I bought the deluxe model. Why they refer to it as deluxe is beyond me. At first The blade would fall off the arm when it would begin peeling so I glued it on. Then the blade would get clogged with peels and still wouldn't work. I threw it in the trash today without it ever peeling one potato. This thing is the definition of JUNK!
