Steam knob is very difficult to turn. Seller said to deal with manufacturer on the first day I had it. Now leaking around espresso dispenser.
When I called manufacturer I found the machine is three years old. Unused, but old technology. Due to a disability, it was just too difficult for me to package it up and return. It is usable, though.

We own the Delonghi Magnifica and I tell you, we LOVE it! I make Americano's all the time and my husband add shots to his regular drip coffee. It is so convenient. It is a little pricey - but worth every penny. FYI...The machine sits high and very deep, so make sure you have the counter space for it.Customer Review: Great Machine

This is a great machine, so easy to use and equal ease to clean. Everything about this machine is great. The only small complaint I have is that when you use the steam wand the water tank makes a strange grunting noise in addition to the sound of the steam wand.Customer Review: First Class

I got this machine for my birthday 3 months ago - a little worried about reliability. Not to worry, the machine produces perfect coffee of choice at the touch of a button. We make about 10 cups a day so that's about 1000 operations to date without a glitch.
