This is definitely the best indoor grill I have ever used. You do have to follow the instructions and let it come to temperature before you use it but it is worth the wait. Great "charring" and the lid helps cook thick pieces of meat. Having water in the tray also helps keep down the smoke and keeps the meat moist.Customer Review: Best Indoor Grill

I absolutely love this grill. It's easy to use, easy to clean and does as good a job as our large outdoor gas grill. I use it at least 3 times a week for chicken, fish & even steak. Used to use a Foreman grill but like this a whole lot better. I love it so much I bought 3 of them to give as Christmas gifts.Customer Review: Limited Use

Unfortunately the use of this product is limited. I would not have purchased if I had known that you are unable to cook chicken legs, thighs, wings or any other part other than boneless chicken breast fillets. The size of this grill is what I like best,it is also a brand I can trust. The only drawback I have found is that the grill itself is not as easy to clean as others I have had, because of where the heat unit is placed. The heat is evenly distributed, however, and it cooks beautifully.Customer Review: Not hot enough

I have only used this product once to cook Turkey Sausage. Even on the highest temperature the grill did not seem to get hot enough and when I turned it down per the instructions it took forever to cook. Im not pleased with this product but will try it again keeping the Temp on high.
