I purchased my first machine, the pump did not work. I returned it.
I replaced it with a new machine, figuring it was a fluke. Second machine just arrived, different issue but it does not work.
I am done with DeLonghi

I love it.
I usually drink a cappuccino 3-5 times a day.
It supplys good coffee every day.
But I have one concern.
When I use this machine, it works with a big noise.
Sometimes I think it has something to break.

I have had this coffee maker for about 2 years and use it 10-20 times a day. I love it! It is noisy, however the flavor of the coffee and ease of use is worth adjusting to that. I have had no problems or malfunctions of the machine.Customer Review: great product

You get spoiled with this coffee machine, specially when it comes out just like it would in a Italian Restaurant ie Cappuchino and Latte.
