This crepe pan is fantastic! I followed the directions regarding seasoning it by boiling potato skins for 15 min., then toss them & oiled the pan; started to make crepes. They came out perfect the very first time! I always thought that crepes were difficult to make but with this pan, they are a breeze. The 10" pan works well since the crepes come out a good size but not too small. I highly recomend this crepe pan, worth every cent. Great product!
