A garlic press shouldn't come with instructions, but for this - I wish I had one. Now, I've never owned a garlic press. I've seen enough on tv to know what one should look like. Never have I seen one that comes in two pieces. Why? Why would you want to have the teeth as a separate piece? If you ever loose it, you're screwed. Also, instead of crushing garlic, it mashes garlic on one side and causes garlic bits to get stuck on the teeth. Save yourself the trouble and pass this one by.
