It works fine, but if you leave your coffee in the pot, the heating plate over cooks the coffee very rapidly. To prevent your coffee from being burnt, you have to turn off the coffee maker as soon as it's done making coffee.Customer Review: Stopped working after two days

The lid stopped closing after two days. The moment you see how the latch is designed, you can predict such an outcome. Very unreliable and mechanically not sound.
