My sole reason for purchasing this product was to combat the stink bug issue in my area. After doing a lot of research, and listening to a lot of 'folk' tales from neighbors, I invested in this product, and a 4 gallon pump applicator.
My stink bug issue is a huge problem. I live in the country where the stink bugs blanket my house. Literally. It isn't uncommon to have the shaded side of my house covered in thousands of stink bugs on a hot day. I also would kill about 20-30 stink bugs indoors on a daily basis.
Three days after applying this product to the inside and outside of my home, the results were astounding. Thousands of dead stink bugs were all everywhere around the outside of the house. (Make sure you get the leafy trees and bushes next to your home, as that's where they lay their eggs.)The killing field inside my home went from 20-30 kills a day, down to 1-2. After five days, I didn't see any in most rooms. I would find one every day or so.
As this product is time-released terminator, I apply it inside and outside every two weeks. Just to keep on top of the problem. I know this stuff is what's working, as when I drive by our neighbor's, they are still blanketed by stink bugs, and my house is clean. (I've told them about this product, but they just haven't done anything about it yet.
There are two labs, and several kids in the household, and I have them keep away from the application until it is dry (about 30 minutes after application). The dogs have had no issues with this product. The kids have had no issues. My wife, who is very sensitive to the chemical bug sprays (i.e. Raid), - this product didn't affect her senses at all.
It got four stars from me because it's just so expensive, and it's the generic form of this pesticide. But it is well worth the price. The 8 ounce bottle lasted me for three months of bi-weekly applications to a 2,500 sq ft home, inside and out. After that, I got the 32 ounce, and I do my relative's homes now too.
