Amazing as a ZESTER (don't waste your time with the ones that have the 6 little holes), and also a LOVELY grater for CHOCOLATE and hard CHEESE. I wish I had gotten one of these YEARS ago!!! this is a very sturdy zester and at a reasonable price. my only issue is that its a little difficult to get the zest off the back of the grater - you can't just slide it off the end because of the way its constructed. Other than that - a very good product.Customer Review: Works great!

For years I avoided using zest in recipes because the grater I had simply did not work well. The reviews on this were very good so I tried it. And it works. I was very disappointed in the quality of construction once I received the item. I was looking to give them as stocking stuffers thinking that they would be a heavy gauge stainless steel. Not near strong enough to be a grater, zesting is fine.
