The extra-sharp, stainless-steel blade effortless peels carrots, potatoes, mangoes, and more as it swivels to glide over uneven surfaces. The thick, smooth handle is ergonomically-shaped, fits large hands, and is made of durable ABS plastic with stainless-steel insets, including a hanging hole. A sharp point at the tip digs out potato eyes and blemishes.
Larger than most peelers, this one measures 9 inches in length and 1-1/4 inches across the thickest part of the handle. A clear plastic blade guard pops on during storage to protect fingers that might go rummaging through the drawer. After the peeling is done, the tool goes right into the dishwasher for easy clean-up.
