When Brand Variety first sent me my shipment of three Cuisinart travel coffee mugs, two of the mugs were in poor condition. (The glue must've been bad as the black inserts of the mugs were not attached to the stainless steel outer portions of the mugs.) The company, however, sent out another shipment with fully functional travel mugs quickly and made the entire process hassle-free. I would purchase from the company again in the future for its great customer service.
