I purchased the Cuisinart convecton toater oven/broiler because of the majority of good reviews. However, I'm disappointed in some of the its features that included in other oven toasters. The drip pan and tray should be teflon coated for easy cleaning. The crumb tray should be removable from the front than the rear. There should be a interior light so you don't need a flashlight. The timer should turn the power off instead of beeping. You cannot hear it from another room. Only the toaster feature turns off power automatically. The heating works great and rates the three stars. Now, if only the manufacturer will include features to make it easy and convenient to use to make it a true five stars.Customer Review: An excellent product, with a few minor flaws...

This is the nicest toaster oven I've even used. It has the most even heat and reproducible results. As an oven, it's better than most full-size ovens, provided what you want to cook will fit. Since this is a fairly large toaster oven, it can fit most small meals. The convection function is very handy if you're in a hurry or want extra crispness. Convection will shave 20-50% off your cooking time, depending on the thickness of your food.
The good: Even heat. Temperature sensor gives accurate toasting time after time. Convection feature. Looks slick.
The bad: Loud beep when done. Door does not pull bottom rack out. Interior light would have been nice. Expensive.

I bought this toaster oven to get us through a kitchen remodel. It has become my main oven over the past 3 weeks. So far, this toaster oven has done what it needs to do. Cooking frozen cinnamon rolls didn't work too well; the rolls don't rise like in my range oven. Haven't tried the toaster feature. Broiler is nice. Cleans easily. Unit does get very hot to touch, so don't store things on top and warn the kids (and husband). If you have more than 2 kids and are planning to use this often, I might buy a larger model. Consumer Reports rates this oven as a good buy; and I agree. I wouldn't like to cook here forever, but it has been well worth the money for what I need it to do.Customer Review: All around excellent oven

I purchased this oven to replace my toaster and to use in place of my large convection oven for daily cooking. So far I have made lamb, steak, and BBQ chicken. All of the meats came out beautifully cooked and moist and tender on the inside. I broil the meats following the cooking times in the Betty Crocker's New Cookbook. Additionally, I made a bagel, which I put sliced side up, increased the darkness by two levels, and used the bagel feature. It came out perfectly and evenly golden brown, better than my previous Russell Hobbs toaster. I do agree with other reviewers that it would be nice to have the option to have it turn off when the timer runs out. Overall, highly recommended.Customer Review: Best toaster Oven

I am extremely satisfied with this toaster oven. I bought it because I just moved into a new apartment, and the oven is very old. I like to bake, so I wanted to buy a sturdy, small oven that would be up to the challenge. Sure, this Cuisinart oven costs more than some of the other makes and models I was looking at, but it was worth the extra money. It is a truly beautiful appliance--very sleek, modern, and sturdy. It toasts quickly and evenly--the bagels are absolutely perfect, and they were ready in about 3 minutes! It's large on the inside--I was even able to bake a 9 inch pie. Everything comes out perfect in this oven. This oven is worth the extra money. I highly recommend it.
