We really like this saucepan. We have two of these and they get a pretty constant workout from pasta and vegis. They heat up quick and maintain heat very well. When I cook rice I only need simmer to keep the boil going. The lids are very nice and fit tightly. The nonstick has held up well, no problems yet after about 6 months of use. They also go in the dishwasher after each use. Very easy.

Made of enduring 18/10 stainless steel, the pan is aluminum-free for healthy cooking and features a permanent, multilayer, nonstick surface. Its solid copper bottom is sandwiched between layers of stainless steel for even and quick heat distribution, and it's oven-safe up to 450 degrees, so you can keep your creations warm in the oven after they're done cooking. While many pots age like avocadoes, Cuisinart's shiny mirror finish stays new-looking for a long time and is easy to clean. With a hole for hanging and stout double rivets, the pan's hollow, rolled handle stays cool and comfortable, and its lid has a flat lip for a tight fit and a loop handle that gives fingers plenty of clearance.
