I purchased this slow cooker for my brother as a present. He loved it and was using it every weekend but then the cooker wouldn't turn on. There's a red light that just keeps blinking and beeps when he pushes it. He hasn't been able to use it and is very disappointed. Up until this all started he loved the slow cooker.
I don't know where to go to to get help with this. The slow cooker is only 2 months old!! Anyone have any ideas??

I guess you would have to say that I am a novice slow cooker but I have made so many things in this slow cooker from spaghetti to ribs. I love how convenient it is to simply throw all the ingredients in the morning and when you come home at night, it is all done and ready to serve. I looked at some of the "higher end" models and had no idea what some of the features meant! If you want a basic slow cooker that works, this is the one for you!Customer Review: Fantastic Cooker

This is a great cooker for the price. Solid, reliable, and cooks food perfectly (assuming you know how to use a slow cooker). Perfect size for two or three people. I also adapt larger recipes (for six-quart models) by cutting the ingredients in half and reducing the cooking time by one hour (on the low setting). I'd buy this in the six-quart size if Cuisinart made it, but their larger size is a big square machine....Customer Review: Nancee Swartz

Nancee Swartz, Cuisinart PSC-350 3 1/2 Quart programmable slow cooker is a easy to use appliance that will allow you to slowly cook a variety of programmable meals. The instructions were easy to follow and cleaning with dishwashing makes this a cooker that can be used for meals on a daily basis. The easy to use guide that comes with the product was very useful. I've tried and been disappointed with slow cookers a few times in the past couple of years but the Cuisinart 1/2 quart has so far been tops in my book. If you are a household of four or less, this is the perfect size. It is a lot easier to transport, store and fix small meals in compared to others I have owned. I fixed country ribs this weekend and they were great, tender and tasty.
