Customer Review: Great Value for $$$, All-Clad Like Quality and Induction Ready

This is an excellent set of cookware for smallish $$$ and even heating. It is induction Ready -- recently purchased a Samsung Induction Unit and the Cuisinart Multi-Clad Pro works wonders with it. I own an All Clad 13 inch Saute (fry pan) Pan and prefer the Cuisinart's ergonomics and even heating. I also appreciate Cuisinart's instructions on how to care for your cookware - a bit of warmed vinegar took out calcium deposits and coloring, soaking the pans and using Bon Ami with a sponge gets cleaning done, and I purchased wooden turners and spoons on Amazon. I could recite my praises for this cookware but everyone else has done so - and I concur with their reviews. As to the pan sticking? The use of olive oil and preheating does help, although stainless pans will always stick a little. One should also heed the advice not to go straight to high heat with this cookware - except for boiling water, medium heat is about all that is needed.
As to a bigger saute/fry pan? -- the Cuisinart 12 inch is a good deal at its price, as well as the lidded All-Clad, but for a few dollars more I could not resist the temptations of the CIA 12 inch 7 ply copper for the long run. Mix, match and have fun...
