I was very disappointed in this beautiful pan. I tried several dishes, and everything stuck to it, even at a lower heat. I sent it to Cuisinart for evaluation, and don't want a replacement.Customer Review: nice pan

just recieved it ,came with a small defect on the outside bottom should not be a problem?have the hole set needed a bigger pan , the set cooks as advertised handles stay cool.Customer Review: Great Pan!!

I absolutely LOVE this pan. I have a flat top stove and it does not wobble like some claim. It cooks evenly and cleans easily. I can't wait to get the entire set.
