I've been using non-stick cookware for years and with all the negative press about it decided it was time to go for stainless steel. The pan heats up quickly and evenly but make sure you use enough oil to keep food from sticking. There are two things I have an issue with. It recommends you don't use metal utensils because it will scratch the surface of the pan. The second one is cleaning the pan. There hasn't been a time that I didn't have to use cleanser to clean the pan. I'm glad I didn't buy the set and just tried the pan.Customer Review: great choice

Great pan. I enjoy using it and the price is just right! It is the right size for a small family. I almost bought the calphalon one but, it was too pricey for me. If you are on a budget but want a good quality pan, this is it!
