Yeah, Multi-clad cookware is expensive, but really worth it! Everything I cook in this pan cooks better and evenly, a little olive oil keeps food from sticking, and a gentle soak and wipe restores its mirror brighness. I wish I had known about multi-clad cookware years ago!Customer Review: Maybe I'm not using it right.
