I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that after a few months of frequent use this pan loses it's non stick quality...I don't actually see any part of the pan peeling off...not sure if this is good or bad but I had to throw my pan out yesterday because I could not get the egg I scambled off the pan...it was all stuck and the only way I'd prob be able to get it off would be to scrape it hard with something like metal scrubber which you can't do with this pan so I had to throw it out. I wonder if this Ceramica stuff slowly came off and leached into my food?? is that okay to ingest this stuff? I still have the larger 12 inch skillet that still works but that is because I haven't used that one as often but I predict it will eventually lose it's nonstick quality after more use as well.
