A gold filter that does what it is supposed to do. It seems to hold up well, and I personally haven't noticed any sludge at all. I've had many filters and this one really seems to be the best. i wonder if they make a larger one??Customer Review: Worth every cent.

This filter improves the taste of the coffee. Paper filters absorb the oils from the beans decreasing the flavor. The reusable filter save you money in the long run. It also saves trees and makes composting the grounds easier.Customer Review: Paper is better.

I used this filter for a while. I would buy good quality Starbucks coffee but i didn't like the flavor of my coffee. About two weeks ago i switched to a paper filter and the flavor of the coffee is much smoother and flavorful.
