Customer Review: Like it however the motor shaft cracked almost immediately

I am returning it to Amazon for replacement. KitchenAid warrantee service was going to take too long. They wanted me to ship first and they would ship after receiving mine. Amazon ships immediately and I can return using the box the new one arrives in. Much better. We like the food processor and hope the new one will be more durable.Customer Review: Much improved over earlier model

This replaced a 20 year old Cuisinart. My wife always had trouble opening & closing the top. This new product removed all frustrations. The DVD was very helpful and the instructions are very detailed. We have only been using it a few weeks but it looks like a real winner. Fine service from Amazon as usual.
