I've waited for years for a viable solution to storing all my cuisinart disks. I have 13 of them and previous storage racks, etc. only held 4 or 6 at the most. These are good because they stack and don't take up much room on the counter, and they stay clean and free of dust. CAUTION!! If you own, or are ordering, the Cuisinart FP-14 Elite Food Processor, do NOT waste your time ordering the Cuisinart DLC-DH Disc Holder. Although listed on Amazon (& on the product packaging) that this holder will accommodate 7, 11 and 14 cup food processor discs, the FP-14 FFDISC (French Fry Disc) I purchased would not fit inside this holder.Customer Review: cuisinart storage

These are really the best for disc blades unless someone else offers something better. I really wish there was. Still haven't found a good blade/storage solution yet. The blade/disc unit Cuisinart has assumes you have alot of counter space to store obnoxiously large bulky, non-stackable, inefficient space utilization, items in your kitchen.

I have 9 blades and I bought 3 of these to hold them. The blades are easy to find. Instead of stacking them on my counter, I laid them down in a fairly deep drawer. I can easily open the door and pull out the blade I want.
I have a 14-cup Cuisinart food processor (not the Elite) and the disks fit the DLC-DH perfectly.

keeps the disk blades (which are super sharp) in a safe place, however i have no place for the chopping blades or the kneading blade. what really ticked me off was that this product is included free with certain cuisinart food processor packages. that i had to buy this separately really ticked me off.
