It is. It meets every expectation I have. The Cuisnart 9 cups I got from Bed Bath & Beyond has only 4 mm and a shredder. 4 mm is for frech fries. The shredder is not good. So I need this 2 mm to play a more conventional role as cutting potato slices. Money well spent!Customer Review: Works great!

I have all the blade discs for the cuisinart food processor and love and use them frequently. It cuts down on prep time, and I just plop them in the top rack of the dishwasher to clean them up. Highly reccommend!Customer Review: Works Fine
