This a real food processor, not one of the featherweight cheapo models. Quiet and powerful, a great size for 2-4 servings. Very pleased!
5 months later...after using this for 2 or 3 times every week, the only caveat: don't overfill with liquid, or it will leak. Mea culpa! Otherwise working perfectly - grating potatoes, pureeing, pesto etc.
18 months later, April 2010...as good as ever.

I got this Cuisinart processor for $29.95 plus free shipping last week here on Amazon.com. I just have to say, it is wonderful! My husband and I love homemade fresh salsa and with this machine we have it in seconds. Just a few quick pulses and you're there. Chops garlic very well. Easy clean up (top rack of dishwasher) and it isn't too bulky to store on the counter. I see myself using this machine often !!Customer Review: Just what I needed

I've had a larger Cuisinart Food Processor and loved it. When I saw this smaller unit I decided to stick with a band I knew and trusted. Great processor for my needs with only 2 of us in the home still. At times it would be too small if not for the chute attachment which works great and is included with the processor. Perfect size for a couple or single not needing the full size processor. This is the second one I've bought... the first got a lot of use for about 10 years and then the switch failed. Would be nice if Cusinart sold a replacement switch. Paying shipping both ways and parts and labor for them to replace the switch doesn't make sense when a new one is so reasonably priced and ships free!Customer Review: mini food processor

I purchased this item so I could puree food for my elderly mother. The food processors I previously owned were large and took up too much space on my counter. And of course, they spent most of the time in the cabinet. This processor is small and compact, but boy, does it ever do a great job!! AND it doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter! I'm so glad I made the purchase.
