Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Cuisinart AMB-95FCP Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-1/2-Inch Fluted Cake PanCustomer Review: cake don't come out cute Summary: 2 Stars
Maybe if this were my 1st bundt pan i might like it. But since it's not I must say that i am disapponted. The only thing good about this pan is the weight. It's nice and heavy. I had my previous bundt pan for years and the non-stick surface was worn so it was time to replace it. The cakes do not release well from this pan and the indentations in the mold of the pan are not deep enough which makes the finished cake not as pretty as it could be or as it was with my older, lesser known brand, pan. You hardly see the indentations in the finihed cake at all. In other words, the cake don't come out cute (if you will!!) And I'm into cute cakes. Also this pan has two pieces which are melded and the imprint of that seam in the finished cake is ugly. I'm surprised this cake pan got such good reviews. I think most people just don't know better. I'll be buying a new pan very soon.

Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-1/2-Inch Fluted Cake Pan
I bought this Cuisinart Cake Pan on May 12, 2008. It has a good weight and makes fabulous streusel cake, coffee cake, etc. They come out of the pan nice and brown and do not stick. Clean-up is simple. I use baking as a form of relaxation and this cake pan makes it easy and a pleasure.
HERE IS A HINT ABOUT GREASING HEAVYWEIGHT PANS: I use butter or margarine (stick only) approximately 1/3 - 1/2 of a stick when using one deep pan, divide it if using 2 regular pans and do not have to flour pans. If using a recipe or cake mix let cake cool as long as stated. I do not get cakes that stick when using any of my heavyweight cake pans.
Customer Review: What a Gem Summary: 5 Stars
I have never owned a bundt cake pan. Owning a bundt cake pan that will turn out a decorative cake without having to deocrate the cake yourself, that is like a miracle to me.
I became a baking fanatic over the holidays with this pan. The joy of even baking, non-stick and a lovely design was too much for me to resist. Besides, to decoarte my cakes all I had to do was dust some sifted confectioner's sugar over the top and voila, a decorative and festive cake.
This pan turns out a lovely cake, not too fussy and such a versitile design. I am looking for any reason to bake using my new cake pan, thank goodness Mardi Gras is here and I have an excuse to do more baking.
Customer Review: Nice pan, crazy instructions for care and handling Summary: 2 Stars
I bet no one reads the instructions that come with this thing, but I did, and they make no sense. For example, "We recommend that you hand wash your bakeware...however it can be cleaned in the dishwasher if necessary...DO NOT IMMERSE OR SOAK your insulated bakeware.
Nice work guys...I am pretty sure a dishwasher is going to immerse it in water and probably soak it to some degree.
Another example, You may use spray oils with your bakeware...However, DO NOT USE SPRAY OILS TO COOK IN ANY CUISINART COOKWARE ITEMS.
Idiots.
Customer Review: Great cake pan Summary: 5 Stars
I received my cake pan and was anxious to try it. I was so impressed with the quality of it. It was so much heavier than I expected. I had thrown away my last pan(after many yrs.) because it would not release the cake-even using sprays or shortening. but there was not a problem with this one. I baked a cake this a.m. and it released fine. I am so proud I ordered it. I am thinking of buying more for gifts. You won't go wrong with this one if you are needing a bundt pan(I noticed they call it a fluted pan).
