Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Cuisinart 7-Cup Capacity Food Processor, WhiteCustomer Review: No Liquids Summary: 3 Stars
I wish I had listened to the review on this product about liquids. I used it once and it's going back. You can't put no more than 3 cups of liquid it. For that kind of money you should be able to put 7 cups of soup in it without it going all over the floor. If a blender can be made not to leak why can't a food processor?
Customer Review: Will it chop/shred chicken or other meat? Summary: 4 Stars
The reviews were excellent and filled with information I wanted to know. The only thing missing is something I need to know as I have to chop up quite a bit of raw chicken and other meats along with raw vegetables for a raw diet for our cats (Abyssinians) who thrive on our up-till-now hand-chopped bits of chicken.
Customer Review: Super product Summary: 5 Stars
I needed a food processor for occassional tasks. I have a blender that just doesn't cut it (no pun intended) on some jobs. This one really fits the bill. It's a nice size, does a nice job, may not have some of the bells and whistles of the more expensive models but how often would you use those features anyway?
Customer Review: Cuisinart DLC Summary: 4 Stars
I like my Cuisinart DLC very much. However, I would like several other blades for chopping, etc. I discovered that I can buy an adaptor and then purchase more blades. Of course, this adds to the expense but I will probably do this in order to utilize my Cuisinart DLC 5-7 cup processor to full capacity.
Customer Review: A Kitchen Workhorse! Summary: 5 Stars
I have had this version of Cuisinart's Basic food processor for about 18 years and it still works like new. Sure my bowl has a few scratches but it's never cracked even under the strain of my frequent use. Soup to nuts - this food processor has a place in EVERY kitchen! If I could I'd rate is a 12.
