This skillet is amazing. Meat and Veggies cook perfectly and evenly with a decent amount of oil. I made Brussel Sprouts in this skillet (sauted it lightly and stuck the whole thing in the oven) and it came out really well. Good quality pan. 12" is perfect for cooking enough for 2 people and having some leftovers. The only semi-negative comment I have is: The handles are small and made of iron so it gets really hot. Do not attempt to pick this skillet up with bare hands or you'll get burnt!Customer Review: Excellent for the price

Given the price, this is an extremely useful pan. For me it ended up being "that pan" that you reach for when you aren't sure which pan to use. It always seems to work great. The non-stick coating has held up reasonably well given the abuse I've put this pan through. When and if this pan wears out, I'll first try for a warranty replacment, and if that fails, I'll buy another of the exact same pan. This is NOT a high end pan, it's just a very usable pan that does a lot of things very well.Customer Review: We love it!

We love this new addition to our kitchen. We use it all the time for all kinds of things. We can barely believe how easy it is to clean - it even fits in our sink, unlike pans with long handles. It works great for roasting fresh vegetables then adding cheese and toasted pine nuts. It's also the perfect size for quesadillas. Great for eggs and any kind of sauteeing. Other than things that require boiling in water, we could probably do fine with just this pan in our kitchen.Customer Review: Pleased so far

I typically stay away from products that can't be put in the dishwasher, but I needed a new pan, & due to promotions I basically was able to get this pan for free. I have been pleasantly surprised. It's great non-stick, it has a nice lid, and it hand-washes great (and I've had some pretty sticky stuff in there).
The only downside was that I actually needed a 10-inch pan, not 12-inch. I decided not to hassle with returning it, and I've got another nice 12-inch pan now.

I'm so pleased with this everyday pan in all respects -- the price was very reasonable, it heats quickly and evenly, the non-stick surface is wonderful, the clear glass lid allows one to view the contents of the pan without letting the heat out and with the two little 'ear' handles, it is so easy, safe and convenient to use. After using it a few times, it has taken it's place right up there with my few 'choice' favorite pans. All in all, such a pleasure to purchase and use.
