I'm not a huge fan of non-stick cookware, but every kitchen needs at least one non-stick frypan! This pan is a good substantial weight and is well constructed. The size is perfect for sauteing several pieces of meat without crowding. Also, like most non-stick it cleans up easily. All in all, a good value. Extremely pleased with my purchase! I use it all of the time and it makes cooking a breeze. I still clean it carefully and only use wooden or plastic utensils even though it says I can use metal, but that is my preference. Its great....can go from burner right into the oven, and nothing ever sticks.Customer Review: great non-stick pan!

This skillet is perfect if you are looking for a large pan that food will not stick to and you can use metal utensils in the pan without damaging the nonstick surface. I bought this skillet for my father and he loves it but he does not like the helper handle. Says it gets in the way.Customer Review: LOVE IT!

Exactly what I wanted. Ordered it based on a review from Cook's Illustrated, and it does everything they promised. One slight down side would be that it is a little large for my largest burner on my solid top element stove. But I would replace the stove before I got rid of the pan!!
