I just recieved my cucinapro 178 and am already unhappy, I got two of the "dies" that are the same, so I can only make about half of the varieties that I should be able to. I haven't been able to test the machine, due to the fact that I'm already going to have to contact them, to fix the incorrect to a "great Review: First pasta machineSummary: 4 Stars This machine is OK for the price. I really don't like the ravioli attachment! When rolling out the ravioli, it gets hung up while coming out of the bottom slots..ending in a big ravioli mess. The other attachments work great! I would purchase this again..just for the price and other attachments, but of course this is my first pasta "machine".

The pasta machine is simple to use and great for using food storage. I've been able to prepare various pasta dinners using only my emergency supplies. There's a lot to be said for that. My mom used to make fresh noodles years ago. It had been a long time since I had tasted the wonderful difference between just made noodles and any store bought stuff.
The CucinaPro machine was super easy to use. I have had this unit for over a year and it is still as good as new.

I ordered this on December 27, 2006. It is now May 30, 2007 and STILL I haven't received it! Yeah, I could have cancelled the order, but I just thought I'd see how long the delays would continue. NOW, I'll cancel it. BEWARE of buying this item; you might die of old age before you get it!!
