I LOVE TO COOK & THIS IS THE ULTIMATE. I LOVE THE VERSATILITY OF THIS CROCKPOT WHICH SURPASSES MY OLD ONES.THE WARM SETTING WORKS GREAT TOO.
I CANNOT IMAGINE WHY I WAITED SO LONG TO BUY THIS -FOR ALL IN ONE ROAST DINNERS & STEWS THIS IS THE PERFECT TOOL.

I really like this crock pot. I have used it from cooktop to crock pot as well as tried a few recepies from the free cookbook - they were great. The feature of cooking and then automatically switching to warm is the greatest feature.
Only complaint is it chips easily so be careful washing.

I entertain a lot and bought 3 Rival crock pots - one had electrical problems (sparking) and the handles on one fell off after 3 months. It was nearly impossible to contact Customer Service. The pots worked well but I would never recommend the brand - try others (I now use All-Clad and Cuisinart)Customer Review: Excellent crock pot

Used it a hand full of times now, and it works as advertised. It might be a *bit* more pricey than other options, but the timer built into it and the ability to throw the pot on the stove for browning your meat makes it all worth it. I LOVE my crockpot.
I'm not really using it for anything traditional, we used it 3 times in 2 weeks: Chili, Indian Stew, Chicken spicy soup. And we love everything.
One thing, you cannot brown yor meat very well since you're not supposed to go higher than med on the stove.
