I love this crock-pot and I use it at least once a week. I can cook my pasta sauce on high for 3 hours or my pork roast on low all day long, and there is never a burnt flavor. It cooks the perfect amount that I can eat some now and some later without having so much leftover I eat it for the next 3 months. Well, it's a crock pot. It's minimalistic and practical and I like that. I'm a single guy who sometimes cooks for his girlfriend and 3.5 quarts is a perfect size for that purpose and some left over.
