I was gifted a set a few years back and I have to say these pencils are amazing... I lost them in a move and it honestly took a while to adjust to going back to ordinary pencils. They go on beautifully, and it doesn't take much in order for it to go on dark. Not to mention, if you make a mistake, it actually erases better than an ordinary pencil (even when you do darken the lines, or if you use an eraser other than the one it comes with... though the paper you are using still is an important factor when it comes to this.) Not only that, but the case is appealing and compact... unlike some other pencil sets I've seen, so it's convenient for travel being that it's easy to slide into a backpack/knapsack with out taking much space, leaving more room for other art supplies (or possibly school books. :P)
The only complaints I have, are that; the extender was just a little bit larger than the pencils, how ever that could have also just been the one that came with my set, and the plastic lining is a little bit fragile - One of my pencils stabbed through it... and that also could have been from being in my bag, which was tossed around a lot in highschool. Seeing as they both have ways to explain why those things occurred, those still don't outweigh the pros to owning this... there isn't an honest reason as to why you shouldn't order this!
Overall, it's worth the price and make a great gift for a friend/family member who loves drawing, or even just for yourself. I ordered mine yesterday, and I can't wait until I receive them!
