Customer Review: Great the first 3 times
Summary: 2 Stars
If I would have reviewed this product after the first use I would have given it 4 stars. The missing star is due to the fact that the spout is 2" above the bottom of the container so you have a quart or so of liquid that can only be accessed by tilting the container.
However, now I am giving this 2 stars. Christmas Eve we attempted to use the dispenser for the fourth time and the spout assembly was no longer working. There is nothing visibly 'broken' but something like a rubber flange now appears to be stretched and keeps flipping out of place. It did look like we could 'fix' it by setting everything back in place, but it would not stay. If you are purchasing this for long term use, i.e., other than 1-time use, you will likely run into this problem.
I am now giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star as if you call CreativeWares customer service line there is a message that says if you need a new spout send them an email and they will send it to you. Nice that we can get a new spout... but it also speaks to the likelihood that this is an ongoing issue.
