My bowls arrived, and I placed them for a quick wash in the dishwasher. The 2 qt bowl came out with giant cracks through the bottom. I emailed World Kitchen and they replaced the whole set immediately.
I think the bowls are fantastic value but I gave it 3 star because of the initial bowl cracking incident.

These bowls are very well made and very attractive but they are very heavy. I don't recommend storing them on your higher shelves because they are difficult to lift. If I had to do it over, I would shop around some more.Customer Review: Hett71

THIS IS A NICE SET OF BOWLS, BUT THEY ARE HEAVY. I WOULD PREFER LIGHTER WEIGHT BOWLS.
