Customer Review: looks good but not complete set

We got the product of 16 pieces but 4 of the cups are with faded color and of made in China. We returned the product and talked with customer service and they promised to send a new set. Once we received the new set it's the same story again. So we totally returned and went for a new dinner set altogether.
If you are lucky and got the complete set then this looks a worth product.

I'm enjoying the fresh look of Corelle. I wanted an interesting but simple pattern with square-shaped plates. The "Simple Lines" pattern was just what I was looking for. This set is typical Corelle. It is functional and sturdy, giving years of service. This set, however, adds a dimension of simple elegance. The square set is unusual in its own right but the simplistic black pattern really is eye popping. Corelle is always a good value for the money but at this price it is exceptional. I bought this set for the design, but I ended up liking it more for the overall shape of the plates. The plates (especially the smaller plates) have "upturned" edges, making it function more like a bowl. This is a great feature for kids who seems to have issues keeping their food on their plates while pushing it around! I am disappointed with the quality of these dishes. The pattern is uneven and the finish is not the smooth perfection I had previously found with corelle. Some of the bowls are so rough on the bottom they may scatch the table. The size and shape of mugs are nice but the color does not match the other pieces. The quality I have previously found just is not there anymore.
