Customer Review: Berries and Cherries are so cute!

I love this pattern, it's adorable. I especially love the little cherries around the outside of the bowl. My previous Corelle pattern was called "Quilt" and it's been discontinued, but it's a red and blue pattern that matches my new Berries and Cherries set perfectly. I do miss the mugs made out of Corelle Vitrelle that I was able to get with my previous set, but oh well. The glassware is okay, but it's not covered by the Corelle warranty.
The only drawback to this set is that I don't think I've ever seen any open stock items for the Berries and Cherries pattern, so I guess I wouldn't be able to replace any pieces, or get any accessories. Also, this set only seems to come with glassware, but not mugs, while some other patterns gives you a choice. FYI.

With service for four, the 16-piece set includes four place settings, each with a 10-1/4-inch dinner plate, 6-3/4-inch bread and butter plate, 18-ounce soup or cereal bowl and a 16-ounce cooler glass. The Berries and Cherries pattern features a host of plump and pleasing cherries and blueberries with short, leafy green stems. On the plates, the fruit rings the perimeter. On the drinking glass, three lines of red, blue and green circle the exterior and underneath is a smattering of the berry motif. The bowl features a simple band of red cherries dotting the side. Fear not about the colorful dyes used on the dishes. Corelle uses only food-safe enamel pigments and fires them directly onto the dinnerware. As a result, the colors won't fade, scrape, scratch, or wear off.
