I bought this product for my mom.She has the coordinating dinner set with the big bowls, plates and mugs but complains that they are heavy to use. She loved them. But they cannot be used in microwave or dishwasher also I guess if I remember well (my mom stays in India and prefers not to microwave).Other than the 2 hindrances,I would recommend it to anyone who would want to use this store stuff or as serving bowls for everyday use. Of course, they are very light and easy on hands while using.
