this is a nice item for rolling out crust or cookie dough on as it is flat and easy to wipe clean...not too much sticks to it. It does get bent very easily, however...in shipping as well as in everyday use. Not as sturdy as I would have liked. I was under the impression that all Corelle was made in the USA, but that's not true and most of this stuff is made in China, which is a huge disappointment.Customer Review: Countertop protectors
