I like this mug and would rate it 5 stars if it had a seal to close it. The mug is big and while it's not all metal it holds the coffee at a good temperature. Mind you I don't like cold coffee but I don't want to have to sip it either. I have plenty of time to drink all 24 oz before it gets cold. It fits in all my cup holders and is very stable. Not the best mug I've ever had but good especially for the price.Customer Review: I thought it would be stainless steel inside

This mug is adequate, but I expected the mug to be stainless steel, not plastic with a stainless exterior. It seems to be very difficult to find a mug that holds 20 oz or more that is stainless inside. It does all the things it claims. It fits in a cup holder, it is not spill proof, but is splash proof and is good enough, but it is not what I was looking for. I should have read the reviews before I ordered it.Customer Review: Not a bit of a problem

I am very happy with my mug. It keeps my coffee warm until 11:00 or so (having left the house at 7:00 a.m.) and right now I'm doing iced coffee and it keeps it cool for hours more. I haven't had a problem with it being top heavy or the handle breaking off. I would recommend the product and will probably buy another, just so I have a back up, because my husband keeps stealing it and leaving me stuck.Customer Review: An allright cup

Like many people who have reviewed this item I was disappointed in the insulation of this mug. It loses heat or cold fairly quickly (about 1/2 an hour) and feels almost hot (or cold) to the touch. I don't mind the fact that it doesn't have a no spill lid. Since the cup is designed for a cup holder (which it fits reasonably well) I think the lid is fine. Take a look at any retail store, and you are bound to pay upwards of $20+ for a 24 oz thermal coffee mug. That is why my husband was hesitant to buy a new one even though his old one was on it's last leg. He was shocked to see the low price on Amazon, so I ordered one and he is extremely happy with it. He uses it at least 2x per day, every day. I will probably order more soon.
