I purchased this cookware set as a starter for my first apartment and can say I'm less than impressed. I was drawn to this set because of its sleek stainless steel appeal, but was soon disappointed. The pot handles become very warm, almost too warm to grab with a bare hand. The same is true for the pot lids-the metal knob on top of the lids is too warm to touch without a hot mitt. The pans themselves become stained. I am not sure if this is something that happens to all stainless steel products, but they are no longer shiny and "nice looking". I would not recommend these pots and pans.
