Customer Review: Does NOT keep coffee hot

I am so disappointed with this purchase!! I have a number of co-workers who highly recommended the Contigo Autoseal mugs...claiming that they really were spill proof and kept coffee hot for a couple of hours (even in Minnesota...smile). I finally went for it and bought this set of two mugs. Even though the price was right, it was a waste of money. My husband and I both used the mugs for coffee and we both had the same experience...the coffee that was HOT when poured into the mug was lukewarm within 20 minutes. The box claims that the mug will keep beverages hot up to an hour and cold for four. That's so false!
(I will say that I liked the size/feel of the mug, and it did seem to be spill proof.)
