Customer Review: Perfect for Sugar Cookie Cutouts

I bake a lot of rollout sugar cookies to decorate with royal icing. My dough used to stick to the counter, regardless of how much flour I used on my work surface. I compared a lot of different mats and decided on this one because of the price and quality reviews. There are no more tears in my kitchen! I usually wipe the counter and back of the mat with a wet cloth to eliminate any sliding. Even rolling chilled dough, the mat doesn't budge. My cookie cutouts lift easily, without tearing or becoming misshapen. My work time has probably been cut in half. The measurements have been helpful with pie crusts, pizza dough, scones, and shortbread cookies. Excess flour is easily shaken into the sink or trash leaving less mess on the counter. It can be a little difficult to wash and dry the mat due to it's size, but it's definitely worth it.
