Made of tough food-grade stainless steel with a direct drive motor, this heated fountain holds up to 10-pounds of chocolate, or any other fondue food! This gourmet model is built for easy operation, easy clean up and years of reliable high-volume commercial use. Features: Made of 304 food grade stainless steel. Tiers slide on and off of the center tube for easy set-up; no screws to tighten or loosen. Direct drive motor with no belts. Heavy-duty main shaft bearing. Maintains chocolate at an ideal temperature (105-110F). Holds up to 10 lbs of chocolate. A precision stainless steel auger re-circulates the warm chocolate through the fountain and back down over the stainless steel tiers. The upper tier unit and auger disassemble for easy cleaning.
