Features: Stainless steel external enclosure, table top and cooking compartments, Heavy duty, free floating cast aluminum compartment doors, Steam inlet valves and exhaust valves are interlocked for synchronous action, Thermostatic trap automatically vents cooking compartment, Mechanical interlock prevents unlatching door while compartment is pressurized, Pressure reducing valve for 12 to 50 psi steam supply, Moisture separator for incoming steam, 6" stainless steel legs with level adjustment and flanged feet. Benefits: Timers, one per compartment, are mechanical style with audible timers, Visible pressure gauge accurately shows compartment operating pressure, Compartment slide racks are removable without tools for easy cleaning.
